Provide the Service, including processing your text via OpenAI’s API.
Track usage for credit management (e.g., deducting credits per action).

3. Data Storage and Security

We do not store your User Content after processing. Text is sent to OpenAI for processing and is not retained on our servers. Device IDs and usage data are stored securely in our database (AWS RDS PostgreSQL). We implement reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security due to third-party transmission risks.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We share your User Content with OpenAI to process text via their API. OpenAI’s privacy policies apply to this data. We do not share your data with other third parties except as required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use cookies or tracking technologies beyond basic analytics for usage monitoring.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your device ID and usage data by contacting us at support@wordmate.ai. We will respond within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
